How can I view the directory listing and advertising options you offer?
You may view the different types of directory listing and advertising options we provide by clicking here.

Do I have to pay in order to be listed in the drectory?
No. We provide a free basic listing which includes your company name and address. Please contact us and we will create a basic directory listing for your company.

What information is included with an Enhanced directory listing?
An Enhanced directory listing includes a detailed description of your company and services you provide including your postal address, phone, fax, website address, email address, and any additional services you provide. Advertisers can also upload a company logo, documents and photos of their facility to their company details page.

How long will our listing remain in the directory?
Your company listing will be active for 12 months and will immediately appear online at www.viewingfacilities.com once payment has been received and the listing has been approved.

Can I make changes to my listing after it is posted?
Yes. Please contact us and we will make the necessary changes.

How do I create a new listing?
Please contact us and we will send you the relevant information concerning adding your company to the directory.

Our location is not listed in the directory, how do we submit a listing?
Please contact us and we will add your location to the directory so you can submit your company listing.

Is it possible to list our company in more than one location?
Yes. You can list your company in more than one location by creating additional directory listings. We can provide a discount on the listing rates if you require more than one directory listing. Please contact us for further information.

Listing Info

Can we upload our company logo or photos later on?
Yes. If you are still in the process of preparing your company logo or photos, you can login at any time and upload the files to your company listing.

What is the recommended size of photos to upload?
We recommend uploading images that are 400 x 300 pixels in size so that the images are not distorted on the company details page. It is best to create your images from the original source image files for optimum quality.

When will our new listing be posted?
As soon as payment has been received and validated, your company listing will appear online at www.viewingfacilities.com. Directory listings are active for 12 months until the next renewal period.

How can I upload a logo to my listing?
Please forward the logo to us via email and we will upload the image to your listing.

What image format do our images need to be?
You can upload a company logo and images in .jpg, .gif, .png, format.

What types of documents can I submit?
You can upload documents that are in DOC, PDF or TXT format.

How can I change my account information?
Login to your account and click the "My Details" link in the side menu.

I wish to cancel my account and listings, what should I do?
Please contact us and we will remove your account and company details.

Billing

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by bank transfer. All credit/debit card payments are processed by our merchant provider MoneyBookers.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. When our secure online payment provider processes your credit card or bank transfer payment successfully, you will be taken to a "Receipt" page that you can print for your records. In addition, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Is the website safe for me to enter my credit card information?
Yes. You will be redirected to a secure (encrypted) server to submit payment which is provided by our payment provider MoneyBookers. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.

Can we print off an invoice for our listing?
Yes. Login to your account and click on the "My Invoices" link in the side menu. Then click on the print icon that is displayed in the invoice table. A popup window will then appear displaying the invoice with an option to print the document.
