ViewingFacilities.com is an online directory that lists focus group facilities that are located in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. As a guide for buyers of marketing research services, it is designed to quickly locate and identify a suitable research facility.

Who uses the directory?
Buyers of marketing research services. The directory can assist researchers and market research professionals who are actively looking for assistance from outside vendors.

How can I view the directory listing and advertising options you offer?
You may view the different types of directory listing and advertising options we provide by clicking here.

Do I have to pay in order to be listed in the drectory?
No. We provide a listing option which is free of charge.

What information is included in a directory listing?
A directory listing consists of a description of your company and services you provide plus your full mailing address, phone, fax, website, email address, and any additional services you provide. Advertisers can also upload a company logo and photos to their company details page.

How long does my listing remain in the directory?
Your company listing will be active for 12 months and will immediately appear online at www.viewingfacilities.com once payment has been received and the listing has been approved.

Can I make changes to my listing after it is posted?
Yes, you can make changes to your listing at any time. You can change the content of your company description or any other information as well as upgrade your listing. To make a change or an update, simply login to your account.

How do I create a new listing?
You will first need to create an advertiser account which is free of charge. Please click on the 'Register' link at the top of the page and then fill in the registration form. You will then be able to login to your account with your login information and click on the 'Add Listing' link in the side menu. You can then select the most appropriate category for your company listing and enter your company details.

How can I access my document gallery?
To access the Document Gallery feature you will need to have a Standard or Premium directory listing. Simply login to your account, select the listing you would like to edit the documents for, and then click the Documents Gallery icon.

Can we upgrade our directory listing if we wish to?
Yes. You can upgrade your listing by logging into your account and selecting the 'Upgrade' option on the 'Listings' page.

Our location is not listed in the directory, how do we submit a listing?
Please contact us and we will add your location to the directory so you can submit your company listing.

Is it possible to list our company in more than one location?
Yes. You can list your company in more than one location by creating additional directory listings. Discounts are available for multiple directory listings. Please contact us for further information.

Can we view our advertising campaign's statistics?
Yes. Each advertiser has access to real-time statistics and a detailed break down of your campaign activity including impressions, clicks, hourly break-down and daily break-down.

Listing Info

How do I submit a company listing?
You may submit a company listing by clicking the 'Register' link at the top of the page. You will then be redirected to the advertiser registration form where you can submit your company details.

Why did my listing not show up in the directory after submitting it?
Listings must be approved by our support team before they are displayed in the directory.

Can we upload our company logo or photos later on?
Yes. If you are still in the process of preparing your company logo or photos, you can login at any time and upload the files to your company listing.

When will our new listing be posted?
As soon as payment has been received and validated, your company listing will immediately appear online at www.viewingfacilities.com. Directory listings are active for 12 months until the next renewal period.

How can I upload a logo to my listing?
Once you are logged into your account click the listing you would like to add a logo to. Then click the Change button. At the bottom of the form you will see the form to upload an image.

I received an error when uploading an image to the image gallery, what is wrong?
An error can occur because the image is in the wrong format, the file size is too big, or the dimensions of the picture are too large. Please make sure your picture meets the image gallery requirements.

What image format do our images need to be?
You can upload company logo and banner advertisments in .jpg, .gif, .png, format.

What types of documents can I submit?
You can upload documents that are in DOC, PDF or TXT format.

How do I know how many documents I have left to submit?
Login to your account select the appropriate listing and click on the Documents Gallery icon. You can then see the number of documents you have available at the top of the page.

How can I change my account information?
Login to your account and click the 'My Details' link in the side menu.

I wish to cancel my account and listings, what should I do?
Please submit an email to our support team and we will remove your account and company listing(s).

Payment & Fees

How do I pay for a listing?
Once you submit a new listing or upgrade a listing you will be redirected to our payment provider to submit payment.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by bank transfer. All payments are processed by our payment provider MoneyBookers.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. When our secure online payment provider processes your credit card or bank transfer payment successfully, you will be taken to a "Receipt" page that you can print for your records. In addition, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Is the website safe for me to enter my credit card information?
Yes. If you choose to pay by credit/debit card you will be redirected to a secure (encrypted) server to submit payment which is provided by our payment provider MoneyBookers. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
